A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
C%3CAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEFiTNG T}{E PUBLIC ]/~P~0V]~FI~
FOR TRACT 13565 - 24TH STREET AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING
OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13565 -
24th Street have been c~mpleted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work c~mplete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Ccm%oletion with the County R~corder of
PASSfD, APPROVfD, and ADOPTfD this 5th day of Febln~ary, 1992.
