A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANf~O
EXT~gSIONAND IMPRO~ S~ FOR TRACT 13664
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamongahas for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on February 5, 1992,
by Lewis Hc~es as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the east side of Haven Avenue north of Church Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement ~greement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13664; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement ~greement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
