A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
EXTflgSION AND IMP~0Vf~ SfL73RITY FOR TRACT 13565-5

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City ofRanchoCucamongahas for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on Fe___hruary 5, 1992,
by Standard Pacific as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the northeast corner of Summit Avenue and Wa~-c%¥mn Bullock Road; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such ir~provements, described in said
Improv~t Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be doD~ in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13565-5 thru -10; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement ~greement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamongadoes
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
