A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

EXTENSION AND I}~0V]~T~ S~u~fY FOR TRACT 13063
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on February 5, 1992,
by Citation Builders as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the east side of East Avenue between Highland Avenue and Victoria
Street; and
WHEREAS, the ir~tallation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13063; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
acc~-~anied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement A~reement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
