RESOLIIi~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCheD
CALIFORNIA, APPRDVING ~ AGR~
EXTt~SION~ ]]~R~DV~EN~ SELX/RITY FOR TRACT 12332-2
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improv~t Agreement Extension executed on February 5, 1992,
by M.J. Brock as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the southeast corner of Haven Avenue and Tackstem Place; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12332-2; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
aoc~ed by good and-sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, R]~REFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement ~jreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
