A RESOI/FI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
O3CAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT MAP ~ER 13945,
~0V~M~TAGREFMt~T, AND IMP~0VMM~qT~
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 13945, sutmuitted by Citation
Builders, and consisting of 35 lots located on the south side of Highland
Avenue, east of East Avenue, was approved by the Planning Ccmul,~ssion of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, on De~ 14, 1988 and is in cc~li~ with the
State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adc~ pursuant to that
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 13945 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements estmblished as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an Inlorovement A~3reement guaranteed by acceptm_ble Improvement
Security by Citation Builders as developer; and
WHEREAS, said Developer su~ts for approval said Tract Map offering
for dedication, for street, highway and related purposes, the streets
delineated thereon.
NC~, THerEFOr, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that the offers for
dedication and the final map delineating the same for said Tract Map No. 13945
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
