A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING ~HE PUBLIC IMPRO~
FOR PARCEL MAP 9350 STORM DRAIN AND AUTHORIZING THE
FU.TNG OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR ~HE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel Map 9350
Storm Drain have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of CoL~oletion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, 1992.
