A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CAT3FORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPR~V~fS
FOR TRACT 13873 AND AUTHORIZING~}{EFTT.TNGOF A NOTICEOF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13873 have
been co~-~leted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of O~,~letion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
