A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
FOR TRACT 13272 AND A~RIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13273 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Ccm~oletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cc~plete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~pletion with the County Recorder of
PASSfD, APP~0VfD, and ADOPTfD this 2nd day of January, 1992.
