A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~CIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
EXTENSION AND ~oROV~M~NT S~-13RITY FOR PARCEL MAP 11472
I. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga ba~ for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on Jan,~ary 2, 1992,
by JCR Development as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the south side of 19th Street east of Hermosa Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 11472; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
a~ied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerkto attest thereto.
