A RESOI//fION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF RANCHO
EXT~SIONAND ]]~PROV~4~q~ S~2URITY FOR PARCEL MAP 9431
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga ha~ for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on Janizary 2, 1992,
by James Bice as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the east side of Beryl Street south of Hillside Road; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 9431; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement A~3reement Extension is secured and
a~ed by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improv~t Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the city Clerk to attest thereto.
