A RESOI33TION OF ~HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CTklAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ~ ~I~RMFM~T
EXT~SI~ AND ~ SECURITY FOR TRACT 13359
WHERFAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on January 2, 1992,
by H.K. Heim, Inc. as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the east side of Sapphire Street between Orchard Street and Jennet
Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13359; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improv~t Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improv~t Agreement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improv~t Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
