A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA APPROVING, IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT
16279
WHEREAS,Tract 16279 submitted by Toll Brothers Land Development consisting of
79 single family homes located on the north and south sides of realignment Highland Avenue,
between Etiwanda And East Avenue was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga on June 12, 2002 and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and
Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an Improvement
Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by Toll Brothers Land Development,as
developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement
Security submitted by said developer are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to
sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,and the City Clerk
to attest is hereby approved.
