A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR DR 00-28 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE
OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for DR 00-28, have been
completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice pf Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete. '
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and the City
Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 16`h day of July 2003.
