Upon completion of Installation, a maintenance period of
( 180) , one hundred and eighty days is required prior to final
acceptance of the work by the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
Maintenance shall include mowing, weeding, Irrigation,
pruning, raising tree root balls which settle below grade,
fertilizing and applying such sprays as are necessary for
proper care and upkeep. Maintenance also includes all
repairs, replacement , cleaning and adjusting necessary to
keep the irrigation system in good working order with proper
coverage.
Provide one controller chart for each controller supplied, of
the maximum size the controller door will allow, showing the
area covered by the automatic controller. The chart is to be
a reduced drawing of the actual as-built system. However, in
the event the controller sequence is not legible when the
drawing is reduced, it shall be enlarged to a size that will /►�,��i�� '�/
