A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT DRA-27 FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF A PORTION OF ETIWANDA/SAN SEVAINE
AREA 4 STORM DRAIN FACILITIES, LOCATED IN WILSON
AVENUE FROM ETIWANDA SPREADING GROUNDS TO WEST
OF CERVANTES PLACE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Reimbursement Agreement submitted by MasterCraft Homes, as developer of
Tract 14380, for the installation of a portion of Etiwanda/San Sevaine Area 4 Storm Drain
Facilities located in Wilson Avenue from Etiwanda Spreading Grounds to west of Cervantes
Place, DRA-27, and
WHEREAS, the developer, at the developer's expense, has completed said storm
drain installation; and
WHEREAS, the developer has not received fee credit from the drainage fees at
the time of issuance of the building permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE THAT SAID reimbursement Agreement be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Reimbursement
Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest hereto and
cause said Agreement to record.
