A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR WIDENING OF 6T"
STREET CROSSING OF DEER CREEK CHANNEL ASSOCIATED
WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF DRC2001-00001
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Reimbursement Agreement submitted by Riverside Commercial Investors, Inc.,
the Developer, for crossing of Deer Creek Channel, in conjunction with the development of
DRC2001-00001 located on the southeast corner of Hermosa Avenue and 6th Street, west of
Deer Creek Channel; and
WHEREAS, the Developer, at the Developer's expense, has completed the
widening of 6th Street crossing of Deer Creek Channel; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that said reimbursement Agreement be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Reimbursement
Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest hereto.
