A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA,CALIFORNIA,APPROVING TRACT NO.
16332, IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT
SECURITIES AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 16332, submitted by Stonebridge Rancho
Cucamonga, LLC, and consisting of a subdivision of 15 acres of land into 22 lots located on the
north side of Hillside Road, east of Hermosa Avenue was approved by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga on August 28,2002,and is in compliance with the State Subdivision
Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS,Tract Map No. 16332 is the final map of the division of land approved as
shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an Improvement
Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit by
Stonebridge Rancho Cucamonga, LLC, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES,that said Improvement Agreement, Improvement Securities
and Monumentation Cash Deposit submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that the offers for dedication,
easements and the final map delineating the same for said Tract Map No. 16332 is hereby approved
and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
