A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 15923
WHEREAS,Tentative Parcel Map Number 15923, submitted by LDC Cougar, LLC,
and consisting of two parcels, located at the southwest comerof Church Street and Mayten Avenue,
being a division of 18.54 acres, was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 15923 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES that said Parcel Map Number 15923 is hereby approved,and
the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
