A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES
AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT FOR TRACT 16335
AND RELEASING THE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES AND MONUMENTATION CASH
DEPOSIT PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED BY CITY COUNCIL ON
DECEMBER 3, 2003
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California did
consider an Improvement Agreement, related Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit,
submitted by KB Home Greater Los Angeles Inc., as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally located on
the east side of East Avenue, north of Base Line Road and release of the previously approved
Improvement Agreement, Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit for APHRCK, LLC.
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Securities, which are identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES that (1) said Improvement Agreement, Improvement
Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit submitted by KB Home Greater Los Angeles Inc.
are hereby approved, (2) the previously approved Improvement Agreement, Securities and
Monumentation Cash Deposit from APHRCK, LLC are released and (3) the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
