A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 16180, IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES AND MONUMENTATION CASH
DEPOSIT
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 16180, submitted by Jim Kelm and Todd
Adams, and consisting of a subdivision of 3.37 acres of land into 4 parcels, located at the
southeast corner of Banyan Street and Greenwood Place, in the Very Low Residential District
of the Etiwanda Specific Plan, was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga on January 14, 2004; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 16180 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by posting the Improvement
Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit by Jim Kelm as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that said Improvement Agreement, Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash
Deposit submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and that said Parcel Map No. 16180 be and the same is hereby approved and the
City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 15t" day of September 2004.
