A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
MILLIKEN AVENUE/WILSON AVENUE EXTENSION, MILLIKEN
AVENUE FROM 1380' NORTH OF BANYAN STREET TO
WILSON AVENUE AND WILSON AVENUE FROM DAY CREEK
CHANNEL TO MILLIKEN AVENUE, CONTRACT NO. 04-008
AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Milliken Avenue/Wilson Avenue Extension, Milliken Avenue from
1380' North of Banyan Street to Wilson Avenue and Wilson Avenue from Day Creek. Channel to
Milliken Avenue, Contract No. 04-008, has been completed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October 2004.
