A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
TEMPORARY DRAINAGE ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT FOR
ETIWANDA SCHOOL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 16100 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on Tentative Tract Map No. 16100, submitted by Etiwanda School
District, located on the eat side of Day Creek Boulevard north of Wilson Avenue, which was
approved by the Planning Commission on January 9, 2002; and'
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 16100 will temporarily drain to an interim basin
located on the Day Creek Intermediate School site; and
WHEREAS, Etiwanda School District as owner of said school site submits for
approval a temporary Drainage Acceptance Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Drainage Acceptance Agreement be and
the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Drainage
Acceptance Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to
attest; and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be
filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October 2004.
