A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LAND SWAP
AGREEMENT WITH SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY FLOOD
CONTROL DISTRICT FOR THE BENEFIT OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA AND IN CONJUNCTION WITH TRACT 14759
SUBMITTED BY PULTE HOMES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for its
consideration an Agreement submitted by Pulte Homes, as developer, for the exchange of land
known as "Summit Avenue/Banyan Avenue" within the Flood Control District Property generally
located between East Avenue and Wardman Bullock Road; and
WHEREAS, the land swap, described in said Agreement and subject to the terms
thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of said Tract 14759; and
WHEREAS, said land swap is an even exchange, thus no additional cost to the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
hereby resolves, that said Agreement be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City
Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of November 2004.
