A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCARONGA. CALIFORNIA. ACCEPTING THE P~BLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR PARCEL MAP 9318 AND AUTHORIZING THE PILING OF A NOTICE
OF COMPLETION ~OR THE WORK
WHEREAS. the construction of public improvements for Parcel Map 8318
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHERFa~, a Notice of Completion is required to be fi.ted, certifying
the work complete.
NO~. THEREPORN. be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City En$ineer is authorized to eisn and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Beraardino CountT.
