OF COMI~ETION FOR THE ~ORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public iaprove~ente for Parcel Nap 8116
have been completed to the satisfaction of the Cit~y EnsineerI and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Co~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work co~plete.
NO~. THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Ensineer is authorized to sisn and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
