I~HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga (the
"City"), has heretofore adopted its Resolution of Intention, pursuant to the
'~4unicipal Improvement Act of 1913", bein$ Division 12 (commencing with Section
10000) of the Streets and Hishvays ~de, for certain public york and
i~r~ents and acquisitions, if necessary, ~enerally described as foll~s:

~he City may pr~ide [or a contribution ~o pay a ~r~ion of the costs and
expenses a~ any ti~e prior ~o the confimation of ~he proceedints on ~he
~sessmen~ District:

SECTION 1. ~e able recitals are all ~rue and correct.
SECTION 2. ~e appropration o[ moneys in the amo~ se~ forth as a
contribution in ~he ~sineer's Re~r~ for ~he ~sessmen~ Dis~ric~ is hereby
appr~ed and authorized. ~e contribution shall be used to pay for the costs
and e~enses as set forth in the Ensineer's Repor~ and the appropriation shall
be [rm the funds as indicated therein.
SECTION 3. ~e contribution is authorized purs~n~ ~o Section 10205
of the S~ree~s and HiShvays ~de.
SECTION 4. ~e City Clerk shall certify ~o ~he passase and adoption
of chis resolution; shall enter ~he sa~e in the book of orisinal resolutions of
the City; and shall ~ke a minute entry of the passase and adoption Chereo[ in
the record of the proceedinSs o[ ~he City ~cil and in the mlnu~es of ~he
meetinS ab vhich the same is passed and adopted.
SECTION }. ~is resolution shall ~ake effect upon adoption.
