A RES(LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMARD AND EXECUTE PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEI4RNT I~ITH HALL & FORK/4AN, INC. TO COMPLETE
DESIGNS AND PLANS AND TO PREPARE PUOJECT BID DOCUMENTS FOR
MEDIAN ISLAND CURBS FOR POUTIONS OF VICTORIA PARK LANE FOR
A FEE
gREREAIi, the City Councll for the City of Rancho Cucamonga desires to
have prepared plans, specifications and estimates for the construction of
median island curbs along portions of Victoria Park Lane; and
WIIEREAS, Rall & Foreman, Inc., a consulting civil engineer, has.
previously prepared base maps and engineering for the original medi-an
construction, as vel1 as preliminary engineering for the proposed median island'
curbs and is willing to co. plate such desiSnS and plans and to prepare project
bid documents to alloy for a public construction bid and ultimate construction
of such curbs for a fee.
NO~/, THEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVED, by the City Council for tbs City of
R~ncho Cucamonga to award and execute a Professional Services Asreement with
Rall& Foreman, Inc. to complete designs and plans and to prepare project bid
documents for median island curbs for portions of Victoria Park Lane for a fee
not to exceed $1/%000 to be funded by the l/aintenance District established to
provide landscape and parkway maintenance for the Victoria Planned Community.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of l~rch, 1987.
