CONSULTING APPRAISERS, TO PERFORM APPRAISALS FOR FIVE (5)
PROPERTIES Ot~ ARROW ROUTE WITH ESTIMATES FOR R~LOCATION
ASSISTANCE AND BUSINESS VALUATIO!
WHEREAS, the City Council for Cbs City of Rancho Cucamonsa desires to
have real property appraisals perforned for five (5) parcels sloss Arrow Route
between Archibald Avenue and Turner Avenue, such parcels exhibitins
insufficient dedication so as to provide for the ultimate widenin$ of Arrow
Route; ·nd
WHEREAS, 3. Willies Hurphy & Associates Cousultins Appraisers, in
response to a Request for Proposals, expresses · desire co prepare the subject
appraisals for a fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga to aw·rd and execute Professional Services Asree~ent with
William Murphy fi Associates ConsultinE Appraisers for a fee not to exceed
$23,000.00 to be paid frou Systeus l)eveloplent Fees.
