A RESCLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAHONGA, CALIFORNIA, TO AWARD AND EXECUTE PROFESSIONAL
SEItVICSS AGREEHENTS WITH 1) DON GREEK & ASSOCIATES AND 2)
NORRIS-REPKE, INC. TO PERFORM DESIGN ADMINISTRATION
SERVICES FOR VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVE~I~T PROJECTS ON A TIME
AND MATERIALS BASIS
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Rancho Cucamonga desires to
engage a Project Administrator to perform Desisn Administration for various
Capital Improve,~ent Projects on a ti~e and ~aterials
~, t~o (2) eu$ineerin$ coneul~in$ fi~e, ~n Greek ~ ~socia~es
and Norri~-~epke, Incorporated, specializin$ in ~unicipal en~ineerin$ and
su~eyin~ ~i~h s~aff experience in the administration of en$ineer design
con~rac~ h~e, [n response ~o a request for proposal, indicated desire
perfo~ such se~icee for ~he City for a fee.
N~, ~EFORE, BE IT R~V~D by the City ~uncil of the City of
~ncho Cucamons~ to award and execute Professional Se~ices ~re~en~s with
Greek & ~socia~es and with Norris-~epke, Inc. for ~he purpose of pr~idin$
Desisn A~inistra~ion Se~ices for variou~ Capital Imprudent Projects for a
time and materials fee no~ to exceed $15,000.00 for each Consultant.
