A RESOLUTION OF TRE CITY COUNCIL OF TRE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCA}IONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVENENT AGREI~IF~T,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, A~D FINAt MAP OF TRACT NO. 13192
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 13192, consisting of 62 lots,
submitted by Levis Development Company, Subdivider, located on the north side
of Terra Vista Parkway, east of Spruce Avenue, has been submitted to the City
of Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider and approved by said City as provided in
the Subdivision )lap Act of the State of California, and in compliance with the
requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
I/HF~REAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final )lap of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement Agreement submitted herevith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and submits for
approval said Final )lap offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon.
NO~, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of )larch, 1987.
