A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TItE CITY OF RANCItO
CU CAHONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IHPROVENEI~T AGREENENT,
IMPROVENENT SECURITY, AIqD FINAL ~ OF TRACT NO. 12650-2
WHEREAS, the Tentative Nap of Tract No. 12650-2, consisting of 42
lots, submitted by The Deer Creek Company, Subdivider, located on the east side
of Raven Avenue, north of Hillside Road, has been submitted to the City of
Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider and approved by said City as provided in
the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in compliance with the
requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requireuents established as prerequisite co
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement A~reement submitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and submits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the ~ayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
