A RES(~UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCANONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPRO¥ING IMPROVENENT EXTENSION

I/REREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration Improvement Extension Agreements executed
on February 12, 1987, by A - N Homes as developer, for the improvement of
public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located beL~eeen Hignonette and Tangle~ood Drive and
between Bear Creek Avenue and Saddleback Place; and
I/H~REAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreements and subiect to the terms thereof, are to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tracts 12726 and 12727; and
I/IiEREAS, said Improvement Extension Agreements are secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Securities, which are identified
in said Improvement Extension Agreement.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Extension Agreements and
said Improvement Securities be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Extension Agreements on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
