A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF RANCIIO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR PARCEL MAP 5795 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE
OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel Map 5795
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NO~, T~EREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardlno County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 1987.
