HomeMy WebLinkAbout87-077 - Resolutions RESOLUtiON NO. 87-77 A RESi~-UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORIqlA, RECi~NIZING THE ALBERT HOUSE LOCATED AT 10323 NINETHENTH STREET AS A $IGNIFICAIqT HISTORIC FEATURE OF THE CITY OF RA~CIlO COCAI4ONGA AND THEREFORE DESlGNATINC IT AS A CITY HISTORIC LANI~HABX WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has adopted Chapter 2.24 of the Rancho Cucamonga Hun/c/pal Code relating to historic preservation; and WHEREAS, the Rancho Cucamonga Historic Preservation Commission has invest/gated the historic significance of the Albert House and has held public hearings concerning this site in accordance wich Chapter 2.24 of the Rancho Cucamonga Hunicipal Code relating to historic preservation; and NO~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESC~VED by the City Council of the City of. Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows: The City Council finds and determines that the Albert House located at 10323 Nineteenth Street, has met the criteria established for designation as a City Historic Landmark, and therefore, and with the recommendation of the Historic Preservation Commission, designates this site as a City Historic Landmark.
