Parcel ~p 8179 on Febr~ry 18, 1987, by E~ard Nayh~ as d~eloper, for the
imprudent of public r~h~-of-way adjacen~ to ~he real proper~y senerally
located at ~he north wes~ corner of ~t~a~e and Acacia S~ree~e; and
WH~, the installation of such impr~ents, described in said
Impr~en~ ~re~en~ and eubjec~ ~o the terns thereof, is ~o be done
conjunction with the d~elo~en~ of said real proper~y as referred to Plannins

City Clerk is hereby authorized Co release said a~re~ent and security.
