A RES~.UTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCA~ONGA, CALIFORI~IA, APPROVING IMPROVENENT AGItEI~iENT AND
IMPROVEHENT SECURITY FOR DEVIl. SIlENT REVIEI/ NO. 85-31
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement A~ree~ent executed on
January 16, 1987, by Reiter-~inker Gateway, a General Partnership as developer,
for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and senerally located at the northeast quadrant
of ll~ven Avenue and Fourth Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improveuents, described in said
Improveuent Agreeuent and subject to the terns thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Co~mission, Development Revie~ No. 85-31; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement AEree~ent is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement A~ree~ent.
NOW, TREREFORE, BE IT R~re-VED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement A~ree~ent and said
I~prove~ent Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Nayor is
hereby authorized to sisn said Improvement i~ree~ent on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
