A RESCLUTZON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAIqONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING XIiPROVENERT AGREI~4ENT AND
INPROVgltENT SECURITY FOR DEVw-OPMRIqT RgVIgW NO. 86-26
WlIEREAS, the City Co,mcil of the City of Rancho Cucamousa,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement A~reement executed on
January $0, 1987, by Nartin
public risht-o[-vay adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on Red Oak Street from Jersey Boulevard to 500'
north; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction vith the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Development Revie~ No. 86-26; and
WHEREA~, said Improvement A~reement is secured and accompanied bJy'
good and sufficient Improvement Security, vhich is identified in said
Improvement A~r cement.
NO~, THRR~FOitE, BE IT RESCZVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamouga, California, thaC said Improvement A~reement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the liayor is
hereby authorized to sisn said Improvement A~reement on behalf of the Ci~cy
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APFROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 1987.
