A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CU~AMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT 12530 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public impravements for Tract 12530 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NO~, THENLTORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City ~ngineer is authorized to si~n and file a Notice of Completion
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 1987.
