A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCA~ONCA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC II4PROVENENTS
TRACT 12362 (PARCEL ~P 6395) AND AUTIlORIZING
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMl%ETIOR FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 12362
(Parcel Nap 6395) have been cempleted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer;
and
I/IlERE~S, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOt/, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Eecorder of San gernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and AI~OFTED this 18th day of February, 1987.
