A RESr~-UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCANONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTINC TEE FUN. lC INI~OV~I~INTS
FOR PARC~ HAP 9670 AND AUTEORIZING TEE FILING OF A NOTIC~
OF CONI~ETION FOR TRE I~ORK
WREREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel Hap 9670
have been coupleted to the satisfaction of the City En$ineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NO~, TE~REFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and &DOPT~D this 18th d~y of February, 1987.
