CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROV~iq~IqT8
FOR D~ 83-15 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICH OF
COMPLETION FOR THE
WRee~.~S, the construction of public iuprovements for D~ 83-15 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHeReAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NO~, TH~.R~-FORE, BE IT R~Sr~-VED, ~hat the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 1987.
