A RESCLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCEO
CUCAIiONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IHPROVEiqENTS
FOR TRACT 12772-1 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
I~REREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 12772-1
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
I~HEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESC~VED, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to si~n and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1987.
