A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CUCAIiONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL HAP NUMBER 8901
(TENTATIVE PARCEL HAP NO. 8901)
WltEREA~, Tentative Parcel Map N,--bet 8901, submitted by Kelbert
Partnership and consisting of 2 parcels, located at the northeast corner of
Foothill Boulevard and Central Avenue, being a division of a portion of Lot 4
Tract 2202, recorded in Book 34 of Haps, Pages 67 and 67 1/2, in the County of
San Bernardino, State of California, was approved by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WREREAS, Parcel Map Number 8901 is the final ~ap of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WREREAS, all of the requir~ents established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Hap Ntm~ber 8901 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1987.
