A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCItO
CUCAHONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT ~RE~ENT AND
IMPROVENENT SECUI~ITY FOR DEVELOPHRNT ItEVIE~ NO. 86-17
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement A~reement executed on
December 29, 19~ by Vineyard National Bank as developer, for the improvement
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the northeast corner of Klusman Avenue and
Foothill Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Development Revie~ No. 8~-17; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement A~reement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement A~reement.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California that said Improvement A~reement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to si~n said Improvement Asreement on behalf of tbs City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1997.
