RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCRO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, MAKING DESIGNATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS
TO FULFILL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORM DUTIES FOR SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT PROCEEDINGS
(ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-1)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga (the
'~ity") is considering the formation of an assessment district, pursuant to the
'~unicipal Improvement Act of 1913", being Division 12 of the Streets and
Highways Code, for certain public works and improvements and acquisitions, if
necessary, generally described as follows:
The construction and installation of drainage improvements
including appurtenances and appurtenant work, acquisition,
if necessary, and incidental expenses in connection
therewith
(the "Improvements");
VHEREAS, the lands to be specially assessed for the Improvements
shall be included within an assessment district designated as
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-2
(the '~ssessment District"):
WHEREAS, the City desires to make designations and appointments to
responsibilities and perform duties incident to the assessment proceedings, in
the time. form and manner required by lay:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby RESOLVE, DETERHINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1: The above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2: The person appointed to assume the responsibilities and
perform the duties of Superintendent of Streets for the Assessment District
shall be
RUSSI~L HAGUIRE
(the "Superintendent of Streets").
SECTION 3: The Office of the Superintendent of Streets is hereby
designated as the place for recordation of the assessment roll and diagram
which shall be kept as a permanent record of the Assessment District.
SECTION 4: The Financial Consultant to be designated shall be
FIELIR/AN. R(~APP & ASSOCIATES
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 1987.
