A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY cOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAHONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN AMENDMENT TO LIEN
AGREEMENT DATED MAY 8, 1986, BY AND BE~EEN PAUL F. AND
CHERYL A. MC MICHAEL AND THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAHONGA AND
AUTHORIZING TIlE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS, the installation of a variable height retaining wall with
brick veneer located at 9742 Lemon Avenue, to be made part of the Lemon Avenue
Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, Paul and Cheryl HcMichael have submitted an Amendment to
their Lien Agreement as reimbursement to the City for said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonsa, California, does accept said Amendment to Lien Agreement
authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to
record same in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County,
Ca1 ifornia.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 1987.
