A RES(~UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFOKNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF ARCHIBALD AVENUE SIDEWALKS FROM
FOOTHILL BOULEVARD TO BASELINE ROAD AND AUTHORIZING TIlE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHERE., the construction of public impr~ents for the ~pr~ents
of ~chibald ~enue Sidewalks fr~ Foothill Boul~ard to Baseline Road have
been c~pleted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHERE., a Notice of C~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work c~plete.
NM, TH~EFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, ~PR~ED, and A~PTED this 21st day of January, 1987.
