A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAHONGA, CALIFORNIA, OF A PARTIAL RELEASE OF A REAL
PROPERTY IMPROVI~iENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREENENT FOR PARCEL
1 OF PARCEL MAP 9955
WHERE., the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 81-115 accepting a Real Property Imprudent Contract and Lien
Agre~ent fr~ ~on Corporation; and
WH~EA~, said Real Property Imprudent Contract and Lieu Agre~ent
was recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on
September 10, 1981, as Document No. 81-201600; and
WHERE., ME Develo~ent, Incorporated, successor in interest by name
only to ~on Corporation, a Delaware Corporation has partially completed the
requirements of the Real Property Imprudent Contract and Lien Agreement
NS, TREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby release Parcel 1 of Parcel Nap 9955 fr~ said Real
Property Imprudent Contract audLien ~re~ent and that the City Clerk shall
cause said Partial Release of Lien to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
