A RESt~.UTION OF TItE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT 10047 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR TIlE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 10047 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
N~, ~EREFORE~ be it resolved~ that the york is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion vith
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
